Originally from New York, Wael relocated to Sacramento in 2021 and has since dedicated his career to serving businesses and individuals with tailored tax and advisory solutions. With over a decade of experience in tax compliance, multi-state planning, and CFO-level advisory services, he brings a forward-thinking, client-focused approach to helping clients achieve financial clarity and long-term growth.

Wael began his career at Grant Thornton LLP, one of the world’s leading public accounting firms, where he spent five years developing a strong foundation in tax, audit, and advisory services. Building on that expertise, he advanced into leadership roles within the accounting industry before launching STA Solutions Group to deliver more personalized, technology-enabled services.

He earned his M.S. in Accounting from St. John’s University in New York, pairing strong academic achievement with real-world experience that continues to shape his results-driven style. Today, Wael specializes in high-level tax strategy, multi-entity planning, and leveraging modern technology to create efficient, scalable systems for his clients.
